Karza is an eight-foot dragonhead puppet that children love to chat with and pet.
Their parents love pictures of them sticking their head in her mouth or casting spells to vanquish her.
She is an animatronic lightshow, with computers controlling her two thousand LEDs and the motors moving her eyes, eyelids, nose, jaw, and head.
She can dance and pose for pictures or take a deep breath and roar with glowing red eyes as she exhales smoke.
Wherever we take her, children of all ages love being invited to interact with her:
"She's a friendly dragon. You can squeeze her teeth if you want. They're soft, just like your pillow. Come on up and squeeze one."
Being touchable is a very rare opportunity for children and a huge attraction.
They were probably told “don’t touch anything”, so Kazra is a fun and welcome surprise for them.
At this event, one man shared his reaction: “The closer you get, the more real she looks!”.
But the best feedback came from the manager the second day: “Everyone coming in the front door asks the same question: Where’s your dragon?"
